Overview

The Accu-Chek SmartGuide is a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) solution designed for adults (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system uses a wearable, water-resistant sensor applied to the back of the upper arm for up to 14 days to continuously receive accurate[1]glucose readings in real-time.

Accu-Chek SmartGuide distinguishes itself from other CGMs by offering advanced predictive features which estimate users' upcoming glucose values, so they can act or prepare to reduce the risk of highs and lows[2]

These include a 2-hour Glucose Prediction, a 30-minute Low Glucose Predict, and a unique 7-hour Night Low Predict, all designed to help users proactively manage glucose levels and help prevent hypoglycemic events.

The Accu-Chek SmartGuide can be used for non-adjunctive use*

Data from the Accu-Chek SmartGuide app can be shared in real time with Healthcare Professionals when connected with the HCP data management platform Accu-Chek Care.

HCPs can view structured visualisations and reports using the latest ambulatory glucose profile standards. The software displays graphs and statistics, offering a clear overview of the patient's glucose curve, trends, and time in range
